Job description

Are you a motivated communicator with a passion for helping others? Join our team as a Call Administrator.  In this role, you'll be responsible for making calls to our Community Food Members, providing information about available produce, and nurturing relationships. Your ability to connect with people and convey our mission will be key in supporting our CFMs.

You should have excellent verbal communication skills, confident on the phone, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a. bonus  During calls you will update our databases which are Microsoft 365 based and a bespoke system.
