Corra Foundation extends support

We are thrilled to announce the current support Transform Community Development and our partners at Hillcrest Futures receive from Corra Foundation's Improvement Fund, has been extended for a further three years.

Following the success of this service exclusively within our own services, we will further develop the role of Housing First Recovery Worker, seeing the work expanded across the local homeless sector. The role will support those experiencing homelessness, threatened with homelessness or in housing crisis to access substance support, treatment and recovery services.

Hillcrest Futures will continue to develop the Peer Support Worker role, and discussions are now on-going to increase the injecting equipment provision (IEP) across the city, building on the vending machine currently installed at Brewery Lane.
