Housing First Training the Trainer Award

Congratulations to our Housing First Co-ordinator. Ryan Murphy who has just successfully completed the Housing First Training the Trainer award. The final in-person session took place in Budapest at the European Youth Centre and was led by trainer, Cara Gibbons from Focus Ireland, supported by Herbie Cooper from Crisis, and Heidi K Walter from A Way Home Canada. Over the week, participants deepened their understanding of Housing First principles and strengthened their training skills through tandem tasks.

Transform Community Development would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to the Housing First Europe Hub team and all Cohort 7 participants: their dedication, openness, and energy made the year’s final gathering a real success!

We will be developing a plan in the new year to roll out Housing First training across Dundee and beyond.
