How We're Doing

On a quarterly basis we ask those who use our services, what they think about the service they receive from Transform Community Development's Housing Support teams i.e. Brewery Lane & Housing Support Team. We ask those who use our services to rate us (1-5) in five questions, as well as asking for comments:
- Do you feel safe within your accommodation?
- Do you find the staff team/key worker approachable?
- Do you feel supported by staff/key worker?
- Do you fell listened to and valued by staff/key worker?
- Do you feel you are are able to achieve your goals in your support plan?
