In light of recent violence in parts of the UK and the potential for far-right protests in the coming days and weeks, Transform Community Development extends our support to all our participants and stakeholders.

As an organisation rooted in social justice and inclusion, we stand firmly against hatred, division, and racism. We are committed to speaking out against violence and prejudice and providing guidance and reassurance during these distressing times.

Our participants, staff, and stakeholders represent a rich tapestry of cultures and backgrounds. We are proud of the diverse community we have built, where everyone’s contributions are valued. Those who have had the privilege of working with our team and participants know the tremendous positive impact they have on both our organisation and the wider community.

We believe that our diversity strengthens us, and that differences in culture and lifestyle enrich our services, staff group, partners, and the broader community.

We recognise that some of our participants, staff, and partners, especially in areas where far-right protests may occur, may feel concerned about potential violence. If you are feeling threatened or worried about the safety of your organisation, we encourage you to seek advice from Police Scotland or your Local Authority.

We are here to listen to your concerns and offer support in any way that might benefit you. Please do not hesitate to contact our team at any time.

Stay safe and take care.
