Every quarter, the team at Transform Community Development reach out to those who use our services to ask how are we doing?

The feedback has been very positive and delighted the staff involved in supporting participants and service users:

  • 93.4% of respondents feel supported in their accommodation
  • 94.7% feel that staff are approachable
  • 90.6% feel supported by their key worker
  • 93.3% feel listened to and valued by the staff team
  • 90.6% feel that they are able to achieve their agreed goals.

Some of the things participants said include:

"Transform Community Development have literally transformed me and my partner's lives, Since meeting my worker when we were in Lily Walker Centre. We would not be where we are without her."

"I feel valued and know I can come to staff and will be helped and listened too.

We strive to constantly improve and devise a plan to address any issues raised by participants and other stakeholders in a transparent and co-productive manner.
