Rough Sleeping in Dundee

In recent times, several articles have emerged in the local media indicating that rough sleeping is a significant problem in Dundee. These articles tend to combine various complex issues such as homelessness and begging into one.

However, it is important to note that although there is still an increase in homeless individuals in the city, Transform Community Development, in collaboration with Dundee City Council, has successfully eliminated the necessity for people to sleep rough. Even in situations where individuals may find themselves without shelter, there are services in place to assist them and address their complex needs.
