With Storm Babet reeking chaos over Dundee, Fife, Angus and Perth & Kinross, Transform Community Development have made the difficult decision to limit some of our services. Staff from all our programmes will contact participants and customers affected directly. Our shop at 20 Victoria Road, will be closed. All services will resume as normal in line with Met Office advice.
