Staff Development Day 2025

A big thanks to all the team at Action Glen and Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort for facilitating Transform Community Development's development day. This year we decided to take a different tack and just had fun.
Our team, is without exception fantastic, and their work is always rewarding but can be challenging and today was a day to relax, catch-up with colleagues and laugh.
It's always great to see everyone together in one place and celebrate the diversity of our services. this year we celebrated it with axe throwing, archery, air rifles, high ropes and woodland combat. I'm told that my team came last, but I've referred it to VAR and I'll announce our victory on Monday
